In order to handle your request or application for information, YUMBO BATANERO may need to disclose your Data to the other companies comprising the BATANERO Group. The companies from the BATANERO Group provide the following services: (i) machinery manufacturing and handling equipment ; (ii) business consulting; (iii) maintenance and reconditioning of handling equipment ; (iv) administrative management, and (v) activities of a charitable nature. YUMBO BATANERO adopts the security measures required by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, 2007, approving the regulations implementing the LOPD, in line with the nature of the data processed from time to time.
